Janes appoints new Chief Marketing Officer to drive strategic growth and brand innovation
Janes, the leader in foundational military intelligence, today announced the appointment of Heather Williams as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Williams will be instrumental in driving the company’s ambitious growth strategies, shaping its market presence, and deepening engagement across the global defence and intelligence communities and defence industrial base.

Williams brings extensive marketing and communications leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering data-informed strategies that drive growth, market engagement, and positive brand recognition for companies providing solutions to defence, intelligence, and federal civilian agencies. Most recently she served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Noblis, where she received the President’s award for Living and Growing the Noblis brand. Williams has also held senior marketing and communications positions at Northrop Grumman, KeyW (now Jacobs), CSC (now DXC Technologies), and ARINC (now Collins Aerospace).
