Ukrainian unmanned aircraft system (UAS) manufacturer Vluchnyk has updated the capabilities of its Zorelit v4 interceptor UAS, Stepan P, CEO and founder of Vluchnyk, told Janes on 6 February at the Danish Defence Annual Conference (DDAC) 2026 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The interceptor Zorelit v4 has an updated maximum speed of more than 320 km/h, which was demonstrated to Janes via a video that the company said showed the system being tested by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). In the video the speed of the interceptor was shown to be increasing past 320 km/h as it approached its target. Previously, Janes has reported the speed of the interceptor to be 300 km/h. The flight range on a single charge is 35 km, Stepan said. In December 2025, Janes reported that the range was 20 km. “Things get updated very quickly in this space,” Platon P, chief business officer (CBO), founder, and developer of Vluchnyk, said.

“Right now, we have enough charge to travel 15 km in one direction, search for the target, and if the target is not found we can return back. Then we land, switch the battery and fly again,” Stepan said. The interceptor is equipped with a radar that has an effective range of 15 km. Zorelit v4 has a payload of 400–600 g, which is an increase from a maximum of 500 g, as previously reported by Janes.
