Turkish company Havelsan has delivered a combat management system (CMS) and a data distribution system for the Indonesian Navy's recently launched KCR-60-class patrol boat.

Havelsan announced on 8 October that its Advent CMS and Fleetstar data distribution system have been integrated into KRI Belati patrol boat, built by Indonesian private shipbuilder PT Tesco Indomaritim (Tesco).

Advent functions as the “digital brain” of a vessel enabling network-centric warfare by integrating sensors, weapons, communications, and decision-support systems into a single tactical environment, Havelsan said. Advent is also equipped with advanced cyber-security measures to ensure protection of critical information, the company added.

According to Janes C4ISR & Mission Systems: Maritime , Advent is employed for track management, system service management, weapon control and monitoring, engagement planning, navigation and operational support, and accessing geographical displays including map formats and radar video display.

Havelsan said Fleetstar collects and securely shares critical data across ship subsystems. According to company specifications, Fleetstar can process and analyse data, distribute data in different formats and frequencies, ensure low latency, and support integrated logistics support (ILS).

Indonesia's state-owned Antara news agency said the Indonesian Navy officially launched KRI Belati on 1 October. According to Janes Fighting Ships, Belati has a length of 62 m, a beam of 9 m, and a top speed of 30 kt, and can accommodate a crew of 50.

KRI Belati is also equipped with a Turkish sensor and missile. The vessel employs Aselsan's Cenk 200-N X-band 4D naval search radar that has an instrumented range of 100 km and Roketsan's Atmaca anti-ship missile that has a range of 250 km.
