The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and Sisu Auto announced on 24 November that the FMV and Finnish Defence Forces (FDF) ordered 300 more Sisu GTP 4×4 offroad vehicles worth SEK2 billion (USD210.2 billion) on 20 November. The FMV said on its website that the Swedish Armed Forces would receive its vehicles in 2026–28.

In January 2024, the FMV, FDF Logistics Command, and Sisu Auto signed a long-term Finnish-Swedish Defence Cooperation (FISE) framework agreement covering the delivery of armoured military vehicles and Sisu Auto received initial orders for over 250 Sisu GTP vehicles, according to the Finnish company. Sisu Auto said approximately 120 vehicles had been delivered so far, and both customers have placed several more orders for Sisu GTP vehicles. In addition, Sisu Auto is preparing to supply GTP to “a new, significant European market”, referring to an undisclosed country.

The company reported a total order book for nearly 500 vehicles worth approximately EUR400 million. It added that more than 95% of the order book is for military vehicle products, with a significant share allocated to export deliveries.
