Serbian state-owned defence company Yugoimport presented the Aleksandar Unifier (also written as Alexander the Unifier in English) utility vehicle at the Partner 2025 defence exhibition held in Belgrade from 23 to 26 September. The vehicle, which appears to share many visual similarities with the older HMMWV design, is expected to fill a gap in Yugoimport's land vehicle line-up below the larger Miloš protected patrol vehicle (PPV). Aleksandar Unifier has been debuted in both a base configuration and specialised variants.
The vehicle's cabin is armoured, with protection and ballistic glass added onto all arches of the cabin. The vehicle in its base configuration can carry four, including a commander and driver. A further four may be carried in the unprotected open-air flatbed in the rear. With a length of 5 m, a width of 2.36 m, and a height of 2.06 m to the top of the cabin's roof (2.63 m if including the manned weapon station), it is slightly larger than the HMMWV, with the following photograph providing a side-by-side comparison. This leads to a more spacious cabin for crew and passengers.
