Allison Gibbs (Moderator) 
Allison Gibbs is a Principal at Janes GPS, focused on European defense markets. She previously led global defense investment research at Avascent, and held analyst roles at McKinsey and the U.S. Department of Defense. Allison holds a master’s in European studies from Georgetown and a bachelor’s in international affairs from the University of Colorado.

Jesse Berman (Army) 
Jesse Berman leads Janes GPS, managing a team of eight analysts across the U.S. and India. With five years at Janes and prior roles in government and think tanks, he’s the lead analyst for the U.S. Army, MENA, and Australia/New Zealand. He holds a B.A. in History and Foreign Affairs and an M.P.P. from the University of Virginia.

Aleksi Korpela (Navy / Marines)
Aleksi Korpela is a Senior Analyst at Janes GPS, covering defense forecasts for the UK, Poland, Finland, the EU, and the U.S. Navy. He previously advised on defense policy in the UK Parliament and worked in business intelligence. Aleksi holds a Master’s from LSE and a bachelor’s from the University of Aberdeen.

Connor Snow (Air Force & Space Force) 
Connor Snow is a Senior Analyst at Janes GPS, covering France, Spain, Portugal, Canada, and South America. He provides strategic forecasts for the U.S. Air Force and Space Force, and brings experience from Lockheed Martin and Aviation Week. Connor holds a bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
